You can delete at any time the data Wotnex obtained from Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, Meta Ads or Google, or your entire account. Choose the option you need.
Option 1: disconnect an account from Wotnex (immediate)
- Sign in to Wotnex with your account.
- Depending on what you connected:
- Pages and Instagram for publishing: Marketing → your account → Remove.
- Ad accounts: Marketing → Meta Ads → Disconnect.
- WhatsApp, Instagram or Messenger: Conversations → the channel → Disconnect.
- Google (calendar, Gmail, sheets): Settings → Integrations → Google → Disconnect.
- We delete that account's access from our servers (and, for Google, the permission is also revoked) and stop reading or sending data with it.
Option 2: remove access from Facebook
- On Facebook, open Settings → Business integrations (or "Apps and websites").
- Find Wotnex and tap Remove.
- Access is cut immediately. If you also want us to delete what we already had, follow option 4.
Option 3: remove access from Google
- Go to myaccount.google.com/permissions.
- Choose Wotnex and tap "Remove access".
- Access is cut immediately. Events already created in your calendar and emails already sent stay in your Google account. To delete what Wotnex stored, follow option 4.
Option 4: delete your account and all your data
- Write to us at leonardovera0.618@gmail.com with the subject "Delete my Wotnex data", from your account's email. You can also use the "Delete my account" button in Settings → Data, which prepares that email for you.
- Tell us whether you want to delete the whole account or only the Meta or Google data.
- We confirm receipt and complete the deletion within 30 days, with an email notice when it is done.
What is deleted
- The Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, Meta Ads and Google access stored in Wotnex.
- Conversations and messages synced from your channels.
- Scheduled posts, saved metrics, instant form links, WhatsApp broadcasts and their opt-out list.
- Quotes and booking pages (with their bookings) that you created.
- If you delete the account: your profile data, your personal funnels and the contacts you loaded in teams where you are the only member.
Contacts you loaded in a shared team belong to that team: if you leave, they stay with the rest of its members unless you expressly ask us to delete those that identify you. What you published on your pages or the ads created in your ad account live on Meta and are managed from Meta. Our provider's backups are overwritten in their normal cycle.
If you are a contact of someone who uses Wotnex
If a company loaded your data into Wotnex (for example, because you filled in their form, booked a meeting or wrote to them on WhatsApp) and you want it deleted, ask that company first, as it is the one that decides about your data. If you cannot reach them, write to us at leonardovera0.618@gmail.com and we will help you. To stop receiving WhatsApp messages from a company, reply "BAJA".
