Terms and conditions

1. The service

Wotnex is a web-based CRM to organize prospects in funnels, manage tasks, send quotes, receive meeting bookings, centralize conversations, send WhatsApp messages with approved templates, publish content and manage Meta Ads campaigns. By creating an account you accept these terms and the privacy policy.

2. Your account

• You must be over 18 years old and provide real information.
• You are responsible for what is done with your account and for keeping your password secret.
• The founders and administrators of a team decide who joins and what each member sees.

3. Your data and your contacts' data

The data you load belongs to you or your team. You are responsible for having a legal basis to process your contacts' data (for example, their consent) and for complying with the data protection and commercial communications laws that apply to you. We process it on your behalf, only to provide the service, as explained in the privacy policy.

4. Integrations with Meta, Google and other services

• By connecting Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp or Meta Ads you also accept Meta's terms, including its advertising policies and those of WhatsApp Business.
• By connecting your Google account you also accept Google's terms. Emails you send from Wotnex go out from your Gmail and are your responsibility, as are the events created in your calendar.
• Campaigns you create from Wotnex are created paused. Advertising spend is charged by Meta directly to your ad account; Wotnex does not charge for it or guarantee ad results.
• If you connect an AI assistant, its actions are carried out with your permissions and under your responsibility. Review the previews before confirming bulk loads.
• Wotnex depends on third-party services (Meta, Google, Telegram, infrastructure providers). If their rules change or they fail, some features may be limited.

5. WhatsApp messages, emails and broadcasts

• You may only send broadcasts to people who agreed to receive your messages, and you must confirm this each time you send.
• You must follow the WhatsApp Business policies: use approved templates outside the 24-hour window, do not send prohibited content and respect opt-out requests. Wotnex adds to the opt-out list anyone who replies "BAJA" or "STOP", but keeping it up to date is your responsibility.
• Meta may limit or block your number because of reports, low quality or excessive sending. Wotnex is not responsible for those decisions.

6. Public pages: forms, quotes and bookings

The public links you generate (forms, quotes and booking pages) are used by people who do not have an account. You are responsible for what you publish on them (prices, conditions, texts) and for handling what those people send you. A quote accepted by the customer through the link is a response recorded in Wotnex; the commercial agreement is between you and your customer.

7. Acceptable use

You may not use Wotnex to send spam, harass, impersonate others, publish illegal content, breach the security of the service, evade its limits or process data without authorization.

8. Plans and access codes

There is a free plan with limits and paid plans. Access codes give a plan for the time they indicate (or with no expiry, if they were issued that way); when it expires, the team goes back to the free plan without losing its data.

9. Availability and changes

We work to keep the service always available, but interruptions may occur. We may change or improve features; if a change significantly affects you, we will let you know. It is a good idea to export your contacts from time to time (Contacts → Actions → Export to CSV).

10. Liability

Wotnex is offered "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses, loss of profits or failures of third-party services (such as Meta, Google or AI providers).

11. Cancellation

You can stop using Wotnex whenever you want and request deletion of your data following the deletion instructions. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.

12. Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we update the last updated date and, if the change is important, we notify you inside the app. Continuing to use Wotnex after the change means you accept it.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic.
